Trauma me in Trauma Country ?

I am in a truama .i wondered when will this trauma will come to an end.I am almost hopeless, helpless & mournful at now.Its not that there is no problem and inhibitions in any country but my country Nepal is simply chaotic at present. Its not only the political havoc rather almost every field is wild and out of track.Either you talk about education, politics, transportation, industry, livelihood almost everything seems as if every thing is going crazy/insane.Its a sheer pathetic condition out here in Nepal. You see loads of problems in Nepal like illeteracy, unemployment ,load shedding , human right violations, corruption, social taboos , poverty, corruption , ethical practices and behaviour, revolt , dispute , indifference among each others etc. Every group and every section gets intriguied by a small or big matter and starts creating strike or same sorts of havoc in certain region or nation as a whole.I would like to courtesy some of the statments from the site ihatenepal.com where its authors has to say something like this about Nepal.

" What it feels like being a Nepali "

The most elegant envincement of being a true Nepali is the frustration, predicament and unproductivity of our everyday life. We see possibilities rather than the need to incorporate them to our efforts. We set goals without caring to try to achieve them. We are well ahead of the world in terms of fulmination and excuses. We fail to learn from the full-blown economy of our southern border, we know how to crush them! The country is sick of meaningless protests for unethical demands. We elect representatives who even don’t know how to represent us. We let the corrupt politicians play dirty politics in our name......

"I hate Nepal "

I’m a Nepalese and honestly, I am not proud of my country at this moment. You can call me what ever you want, but I honestly wish I were born in a different country. We can’t even settle our disputes on a silly blog without using obscenities. What a nice way to prove our existence. I don’t hate my country but at the same time, I don’t love it either. The social taboos, the corruption, the old mindset, the generation gap, the violence… I would rather live illegally than live there. There, I said it. I respect my culture, but I love my freedom and independence. I hate the fact that my country has one of the lowest education levels and that more than half the country is illiterate...........

Actually, this guy is not wrong completely. But i dont agree with him either.Rather i really love my country and have great respect for my country.Actually Nepal 's diverse "socio-geographic" adversity makes it a great country. But this time i feel we lack unity . This particular word "unity" has great importance in nation development.Once a foreigner also told me the same that "You people dont seem to be united" . One may doubt, with diversity of "soci-geographic" adversity, how there can be a unity but we need to be united irrespective of what we believe (religion, politics), our caste, tradition, culture and background as a whole.Actually, i also finds this ridiculous that only saying and writing has been done earlier and there is nothing novice with this article but its all my belief & i will be always be there from my part for national integrity and development and for whatever sake of Nepal. The most important thing for a person is his/her identity . Whether you (Nepalese ) live in US , UK or India you are not an American, British or Indian either. But, you are a Nepali with with Nepalese essence .You may accept this or deny.Frankly speaking, i find rare amount of patriotism in Nepalese. Its not just your words and attitude( outside) which shows that how patriotic you are ?, rather its also the spiritual(emotional) love you bestow on your country. You all may also know that many people in many parts of the world are ready to slaughter themselves for gaining their identity or standing up with their recognition. But we have our country but we still seems helpless.

Obsessed by the foreign countries lifestyle, development and standards, many Nepalese youths are fleeing there .Who the fucking shit am i ? to tell whether its good or bad to go abroad leaving ones country but the current trend of brain drain has surely bewildered me.All human seeks comfort, happiness and secure life. But i find this as an obsession. Those seeking higher education which is not available may go but in case of Nepalese all seem to be rather obsessed .The more surprising thing is that mostly flee to foreign country for earning money and they dont tend to return Nepal sooner or later. There is no doubt that ,it is very difficult to withstand and sustain here but if all began to think then how the nation will develop and what our future generations will say .No country is developed in itself rather the civilians of that country make them developed physically and socially.Either you talk about switzerland or US both country are developed mere due to their civilians effort towards nation and self development in their respective country. We have full-fledged resources and capability but still we are lagging due to our own cause. We are the one to select the politicians, we are the one to run the country then how can we blame our country for all this problems. We all are responsible for whatever condition of Nepal not Nepal in itself. Actually, The main problem i find with Nepalese is that we are more concerned and converged on earning our livelihood and housing , lodging , fooding and other prerequisite like education , rituals etc., which is our compulsion also.Switzerland is a land-locked yet developed country ,this is because they have incompetible technlogy development. Their watches and techtonics products are world famous. But, in our case we even dont bother to attempt our own native product and blame it for low standards.I think if we use them and provide suggestions then surely they might also increase quality but its diferent condition here in Nepal.Almost 60-70 percents of edible and non-edible products are imported from India and rest from China and other parts of world.Nepals geographical features and diversity of land form yields different genres of edible products and minerals available can hugely support infrastructure development.

We become powerful when we are united and developed and we can dare to give answers of Indian encroachment in "sustaa","Kaalapani" and other dozens of places of Nepal. If we are developed our brothers and sisters shouldnot have to go gulf countries extreme condition for labour and earn their living without their family. So, i think the time has come that Nepalese irrespective of what they believe, or their standards should now start to be united and work for the advancement of social, physical and economical aspects of Nepal.Either its agriculture, animal husbandry or industries almost every aspects can play crucial role in nation development. yes , i agree that its easy to tell and say but if we donot start at present then it wont start for ever.Come home Nepalese from around the globe because जननी जन्मभूमिस्च स्वोर्गादपि गरिएसी & its the time to start the new era of Nepal.

How many banjo players does it take to change a light bulb? Only 1, but all the others gathered 'round will complain that that's not the way Earl (Scruggs) would have done it.
